What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, or checks as the form of payment for both your private party or indoor playground play time.

What is the deposit amount for each party package?

A.

The price depends on a number of factors (e.g. number of guests, foods and beverages, other services, etc.) so it’s recommended for you to contact us for further details and clarifications.

Are children and adults required to wear socks inside the facility?

A.

Yes, both children and adults are required to wear socks inside the facility for sanitation purposes.

Q.

Is it okay to bring food and/or beverages from outside?

A.

No, we do not allow outside food or beverages but we do have nut-free food and beverages available for purchase from our Cafe.

Can I bring my own party decorations, balloons, and goody bags?

A.

Definitely! Feel free to bring your own party decors and goody bags, but why spend extra when the same things can be included in our party package? Just let us know what you need and we’ll be happy to make it happen for your child’s special day!

Does Jumpin’ Jax allow personalized parties?

Yes, adding a fully personalized party package for your child is absolutely an option! Our number one goal is to throw a child’s birthday party they will never forget! No two parties are alike since each one is unique and personalized to fit your child’s favorite things.

Does the party package include entrance to all activities Jumpin’ Jax has to offer?

A.

The Basic Package includes access to all playground areas. It is available for add-on for just $5 per child.
